About this website

Icemoon is an independent artist website presenting music, live-session rebroadcasts, selected artwork and historical records. It is operated by Nelson Branco — Icemoon, Switzerland.

The stream includes previously recorded performances. A stream being online does not mean that a new live performance is taking place at that moment. Descriptions and historical dates identify the works and events they concern.

Listening and browsing

You may browse the public pages and use the listening features offered by the website for your personal enjoyment. Playback uses an internet connection and can consume mobile data. It starts when you choose to play, not automatically. Please listen at a comfortable volume and follow any content or age notices shown for a particular work or section.

The stream and website can be interrupted for maintenance, technical reasons or changes to the programme. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that a particular recording will remain available indefinitely.

Music, artwork and other rights

Rights in music, recordings, performances, images, text, names and other material remain with their respective owners. A DJ performance can contain works by other artists; its appearance here is not a claim that Icemoon owns every underlying work.

Listening or viewing does not by itself grant permission to download, redistribute, rebroadcast, sell, synchronise, sample or otherwise exploit a work. Where a download or licence is expressly offered, its accompanying terms apply. Uses permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.

To help us investigate a concern, identify the work and the relevant page or stream, and explain your relationship to the rights at issue. Please do not send unnecessary identity documents or confidential contracts with your first message.

Historical records and corrections

Archive entries preserve the context of earlier work. Historical names, descriptions, external references and dates may reflect their original period, not a current offer or endorsement. Please contact us if a record needs a factual correction or raises a privacy concern.

Only material selected for public presentation belongs on this website. Private correspondence, music contracts and unreleased archive material are not made public merely because a catalogue entry refers to a person or work.

Works marked as being in technical preparation are not an active direct-sale offer. This website does not take payment for them or promise a delivery date.

Respectful and lawful use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, obtain another person's account, interfere with the stream, overload the service, or upload malicious or unlawful material. Access to a protected area does not grant permission to republish its contents. Nothing in these terms authorises access to private material through a technical error.

We may correct or update these terms as the website changes. The page will show the effective date of the published wording. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
